Brett, Iain and Dom did a first class job, and were very professional. They clearly know their trees! From start to finish the whole process was smooth and efficient, with all the necessary paperwork and liaison with the Council taken care of. The site was left impeccably tidy and working close to a fairly busy road they had all the necessary safety measures in place to ensure no mishaps with traffic. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Brett and his team are a pleasure to work with.  They are very clean and tidy and left my garden immaculate.  Brett is very knowledgeable about the trees in my garden has made good recommendations for future planting.

All in all a very good company to work with, from initial contact to actual work, communications were excellent and prompt.  Actual work carried out was quick, well planned & managed and left very little mess.  Very polite and friendly workers.

Brett and his team had previously done some stump grinding and did an excellent job, so we used his services again when we needed more work to be done. They did an excellent job removing and stump grinding both the trees and hedge; they were professional, punctual and very tidy.

We have used Brett and his team at Woodcraft Tree Services several times. He has pruned and felled trees, cut hedges, removed a leylandii hedge which needed stump grinding before being replanted with a different variety. We were very pleased with all his work.

From the outset, what was so reassuring was the indepth explanation of what needed to be done; Brett and Iain are so thorough with their guidance and we were impressed with the knowledge of trees, so much so that we felt completely relaxed with their suggestions and what was required.

We have used Woodcraft Tree Services twice because they are so good to deal with. The first job was to reshape our yew tree at the bottom or our garden, and secondly, we had a huge rotten fir tree which was causing problems and needed to be removed. Brett and Iain knew exactly what to do with the planning department to take care of the removal, we didn't know where to start and this completely took the stress out of the situation.

They are the dream team! There cannot be a better company to cater for your trees/garden; their knowledge of trees is incredible, and it's so reassuring that they know what to do and their professional approach is fantastic. They are also very punctual, efficient and competitively priced.

There was nothing left behind, no chaos to deal with, their health and safety was top notch, we felt completely confident that what was being done in our garden was absolutely dealt with without any fuss, we were kept informed at all times and would without hesitation refer Brett/Iain and the team to anyone.
