Chris arrived promptly and was pleasant and friendly from the outset.  He quickly found the reason for the problem - the old analogue amplifier in the loft - and was able to offer an immediate replacement, quickly and for a competitive price, including a year's warranty.

I cannot rate him highly enough.  The whole process was fantastic from start to finish.  He gave me complete confidence in his work and I am delighted with the outcome - a clear picture with none of the constant pixelating that we had before.
