You cannot fault Chris' work, he is very conscientious and takes pride in a job well done. He is very professional, friendly and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. He is also very tidy and shows total respect for the clients property.

Chris arrived punctually, put on shoe covers, and went through a series of diagnostic tests, explaining exactly what and why he was doing.  Discovered the cause, gave options for repair, and completed the work quickly and professionally.  He even tidied up the spaghetti junction of cables, unasked.
