Michael was very agreeable and I was really satisfied with the works completed.

I had a chap clear my gutters last week and he told me that part of the aerial cable was in the gutter and was obviously causing a blockage. I rang Michael this morning and he was able to come and have a look very promptly. The service I got was fantastic - I have had bad reception on my TV's for a while now and Michael and Russell sorted all my problems out and I felt that I received great value for money. I also felt that they were both very honest and trustworthy and genuinely nice people; I will happily recommend them to friends and family.

I have now had several different members from Safe Local Trades and they have all been marvellous - it will always be my first port of call when I need any tradespeople.

Went to visit my wife's property and Michael not only sorted the problem but another one too, raised by the tenant, there and then, and did it at a very reasonable price. Have recommended him since and will use again without hesitation.

Aerialman made an appointment for 3pm on the 8th January and arrived on time and resolved the problem within 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost. He was very polite, professional and efficient and my in laws are over the moon with the work he carried out stating why can't everyone offer such a valuable and professional service. A job very well done and two old aged pensioner's issues resolved.

Very helpful and reliable chap.  Looked at what was required, quoted on basis of what could be seen from ground with additions that might arise once on roof.  One small extra noticed and completed to make the mast safe.  Took about 30 minutes and all works fine.

Thank goodness the job was not what we thought it would be, but the men were very pleasant and cheerful even though it was a small job.
