I called Michael on a Saturday morning, our washing machine was having difficulty pumping out water; he immediately advised me how I could check/clear the filter chamber, and made sure that I was fully aware of the likely cost if he attended. I arranged for him to carry out an overall check of the machine anyway, which was duly done; I did clear the blockage as he suggested.

Michael was very thorough and meticulous in carrying out all of the work, and gave very useful advice as to how we can keep the machine in generally good order, precluding the need for periodic servicing.

We have used Michael's services twice, the first time we called him he was able to diagnose the problem and give us direction as how to solve it over the phone. On a separate issue we called him, he attended to the problem quickly and efficiently.

We will not hesitate to call him again if required and recommend his service.

Mike attended  promptly after I asked him for advice. He disconnected the semi- fitted machine and took it back to his workshop. He did warn me that the error code pointed to a problem with the control panel which may be expensive. He rang later to say that he had found that the exhaust pump had failed. He fitted a new one and then ran extensive tests on the machine to find any other problems. He found none. Therefore the bill was considerably less than originally expected.

He was very tidy and left the kitchen without mess. I would recommend Mike and will certainly use him again if I experience any other domestic appliance problems.

Michael was extremely helpful, excellent value for money.  He also fixed a minor problem with my vacuum cleaner!  I would highly recommend him.

I called Michael with the error code that had appeared on the machine and we agreed that it was probably the brushes that had gone.

Michael was able to come next day and fix the issue. He was very polite and called to say he was on his way. He completed the work in a speedy and tidy fashion, and I now have a machine that works. Fantastic!

Michael also talked about costs before he came which were very fair.

My washing machine stopped suddenly just as it finished filling up at the start of the cycle. The stoppage was due to a piece of stringy plastic from a clothes price tag. The water was drained and the plastic was removed from the impeller. 

Michael was very thorough and courteous. He talked me through what the issue was and swiftly resolved it. He then tested the machine with an electronic diagnostic set and a short wash cycle to make sure there were no other problems. Will definitely call him again should I have another problem.
