I apologise for the delay in my review but I have been overseas.

Michael responded to my text promptly and came the next day to have a look at the machine. He established that it was the heating element which was tripping the fuse box. He ordered a new element and returned a few days later to complete the job. Michael is a very pleasant man and the service could not have been better.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael if you are in need of appliance repairs. 

I emailed a query Friday evening and received a call Saturday morning. They were unfortunately unable to help with my brand of washing machine but gave helpful advise on an alternative brand as possibly looking to replace. Quoted price to install and remove old, which was very reasonable. Speedy call back and helpful advice.

I emailed Boxing Day morning and Michael answered almost immediately, he explained why he could not do the job but offered a suggestion.

I was very impressed.

Michael came on Saturday afternoon, inspected the machine, diagnosed the problem as a faulty plug socket. He rerouted the mains cable to another socket to enable use of the machine until  an electrician arrived on Monday. He then retested all areas of the machine.He also rebalanced the machine and repositioned the discharge hose. Excellent service from a very friendly and efficient engineer. Very happy with the cost, highly recommended.

Michael responded quickly to my email for assistance the previous evening and attended the following afternoon. Checked and fitted replacement element. Tested - all good. Did a thorough job - very methodical. Repair cost less than anticipated.

Will always use Michael in the future.

Michael carefully checked every possible source of the problem but couldn't find anything that might have caused it. Nonetheless he made one or two adjustments to improve its operation and also gave me some advice which I found very useful.

Michael was very thorough and patient and when my machine finally gives up the ghost I will have no hesitation in asking his advice on a replacement.  Thoroughly recommend him.

I sent a text and Michael called me back over the Easter holidays. Said he could come out next day but we weren't around so he came the following day. Fixed the machine, cleaned it all out and now working fine. Tidy, good honest service. Would highly recommend.

Having made a phone call at 12.30pm, Michael turned up at 3.00pm and managed to open the washing machine door. He diagnosed the problem as a failed lock and fortunately had a suitable replacement in his van. The replacement was fitted and everything, including a safety check, completed by 4.15pm. What excellent service!

Efficient, clean, tidy - absolutely no complaints and a pleasant individual to deal with. Cost of the repair was very reasonable.

As always, first class advice was given on issue with the appliance.
