The job turned out to be more complicated than first seemed, two seals with slightly different part numbers were available for our machine. Michael arrived with both and it was not until he had fitted the wrong part was it apparent that there was an almost insignificant difference between the two. He rectified the situation immediately carrying out the task in a very timely and professional manner.

Very professional. Arrived on time and provided a throrough service to replace the broken part. Went the extra mile to ensure previous bad workmanship was put right.  

Although repair was not straightforward, Michael kept me well informed and completed the repair as quickly as possible.

Michael soon found that there was a blockage in the waste pipe and sorted out the problem. He tested the machine to make sure the problem was sorted before leaving. He even pointed out that my tumble dryer was one that was part of an Indesit recall and showed me how to register to get a repair.

In summary, clean and tidy and sorted the issue quickly.

Easy to arrange visit, diagnosed within 2mins of being here and fixed within the hour. Explained what was worn and the process for fixing, showed me the worn brushes on removal and gave me a quick check over on the condition of the washing machine in general, bearings etc.

Very happy with the service received and I look forward to wearing clean clothes again soon ;-)  Would happily recommend. 

I was delighted by the service provided by Michael. Upon making initial contact, we discussed the issue over the phone which helped him to diagnose the problem. He then arranged to come out on a Sunday (which was fantastic) with a new spare part which fixed the oven. He explained quite clearly about up front costs before he arrived so I feel as though I received good value for money.

He was very informative and when I told him I was worried about the hinge on the oven door and thought it might need replacing; when he looked at it he said that it wasn't set properly and he was able to reset it for me there and then.
