We’ve recently moved into the area and are beginning to repair and redecorate. After several fruitless encounters with tradespeople in our last home we were dreading the search for new.
One of the upvc window handles was broken and who repairs those? Well, Chris Wright at Arrow Homecare does. He answered the phone, accepted the job, gave us a quote and repaired the window within 2 days. We asked him to check the other windows and he gave an assessment of their condition without any ”hard sell” pressure to fit completely new units. He has since returned to replace hinges and handles where necessary.
Chris is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and conscientious.
