Very good worker and congenial person. 

I phoned Chris about the conservatory door having gap and being draughty. He was here within 10 mins, fixed the problem in no time, job done!!

What more can I say... Very pleased with the work carried out.

The problem was a snapped control spring on a tilt and slide patio door - simply wind on to the spindle (the instructions said "fiddly"). After an hour of cursing and swearing I gave up and called in the expert. Chris arrived spot on the promised time and he had it fixed second attempt ... much to my relief. Punctual, friendly and efficient service, will definitely be using his services later in the year to replace some failed window units.  

Chris is a very nice and polite person, he explained the job he would do and got on with it straight away. He made a 200% good job!

Would definitely use him again. 

We’ve recently moved into the area and are beginning to repair and redecorate. After several fruitless encounters with tradespeople in our last home we were dreading the search for new.

One of the upvc window handles was broken and who repairs those? Well, Chris Wright at Arrow Homecare does. He answered the phone, accepted the job, gave us a quote and repaired the window within 2 days. We asked him to check the other windows and he gave an assessment of their condition without any ”hard sell” pressure to fit completely new units. He has since returned to replace hinges and handles where necessary.

Chris is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and conscientious.
