Excellent. Warren was able to resolve various problems arising from deficiencies in the work of the manufacturers. For example the roof was too deep leaving large overhangs front and back and making it too big for the supplied roofing felt. He was able to adjust the roof to the right size. A very capable workman. And such a lovely character too.

Warren has been an excellent tradesman. He was punctual and did everything he said he was going to do. We assessed my job together, agreed terms and the work was carried out perfectly.

We were lucky enough to secure a large chunk of his time and he just blasted through every job that we had outstanding around the house, to such a high standard.

When planning the next set of work for the house, we will work around Warren's schedule to ensure we have his expertise.

We cannot speak highly enough of Warren. He is meticulous in his attention to detail, preparing thoroughly before each stage of the work. The two roofs were bowling-green flat. Careful use of masking tape meant that window panes and door and window furniture were kept clean from paint spots. Before painting he cleaned every square inch of the woodwork and was looking to achieve the perfect finish on the paintwork.

The jobs stretched over four and a half days and at the end of each day he carefully cleared away all materials and equipment, leaving the garden free of clutter for my wife, a wheelchair user.

We would not hesitate to recommend him. Indeed, we have already asked him to quote for another job.

Warren came and assessed the job, explained what would be the best option and then came the following day and sorted the fence. He worked hard and left the area clean and tidy - as a bonus he even relocated a shrub that he had to move!

Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
