Summary:
Warren prepared and painted the porch and front door to the house. After this he prepared and painted the outhouse doors and outhouse window. The window needed quite a lot of preparation because part of it had rotted away. Finally, Warren erected a logstore, first moving the woodpile - previously under a tarpaulin - and, after making the logstore, filling it with the wood.

This work was carried out for my 94 year old friend. Warren did a good job, was very pleasant and explained what he was doing, he was also a clean and tidy worker.

Summary:
Sanding and preparation of walls and skirting board in hall, stairs and landing. Then repainting walls and ceiling and waxing skirting board.
Comments:
Warren has done all kinds of work for us in the past and so he was an automatic choice for the preparation work and decorating we wanted doing.
Warren is always thoughtful in his approach and thorough in his work as well as being such an easy person to have around. He took on board our wishes and added his own thoughts where we asked him - and he was flexible enough to organise what he had to do around the arrival of a specially-ordered paint.
As we'd expected, the result has been excellent. The walls look great and the finishing between the walls and woodwork incredibly neat and smart.
We'll be asking him back!

As always, Warren's work was excellent. He took great care with everything and especially with the front door of the house (required special preparation), the outhouse window (now looks like new) and the siting of the logstore. Warren is a complete professional. He arrives on time; does any research he needs to do for the particular job in hand; works extremely hard; and expects the best results from himself. He is also just a very nice person to have around the house. I'm more than happy to give him my house keys if I need to be out and I know that he is always willing - and able - to do the job as I want it doing. He is also, importantly, able to explain when he thinks my ideas might be overreaching themselves!
