Summary:
Warren carried out the following work for us:-
- Installed 2 smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm
- Applied Danish Oil to architrave, double doors, bookcase and skirting boards
- Applied silicone to kitchen worktops; removed existing silicone from around bath and re-applied new silicone
- Rubbed down our oil tank, primed and painted it
- Filled three small areas in our lounge and hallway walls, sanded and painted them
- Fitted a new fascia board to the outside of the house and painted it
- Fixed 6 tiles on a piece of accessible roof
- Dug a 4-foot border down the length of the garden

Summary:
Warren re-landscaped our back garden. This involved clearing the current garden including a lot of rubbish. The area was rotovated, levelled, fresh top soil put down and new turf laid. The front and side gardens were tidied up and cut back. The current patio in the back garden was taken up and re-laid and cleaned.
Comments:
Warren was fantastic. He was hard working, punctual, and did a great job. His quote was reasonable and I will use him again.

Comments:
This is the first time we have used Warren and it definitely won't be the last! A genuine professional who completed the job to a very high standard. Worked extremely hard despite 'unearthing' issues with the patio foundations and finished the job over the weekend to complete in time for us.
Worked in a clean and tidy manner - good communication and trustworthy with keys etc. Warren ensured the job was done, and done very well.
Highly recommended and I have no hesitation in recommending to family, friends and others!

Summary:
Complete redecoration of bungalow and steam-cleaned the carpets.
Comments:
The bungalow was empty and Warren completely repainted it and cleaned the carpets. He is a honest professional, very genuine and hardworking (worked late into the evening to get the job done) and he left the property in an immaculate condition. I was happy to give him a key and he arrived every day with his own flask of tea/coffee, did a cracking job for a very good price, and I will most certainly be recommending him to others. 10/10 all round.

Warren worked for us on two separate occasions in April 2014 and all his work was excellent. We were really pleased to have a tradesman who was prepared to research the things we needed and then to get on with them without any fuss or bother. Throughout, Warren worked extremely hard, planning clearly what he was going to do and when, and taking our wishes into account at the same time. We will certainly ask Warren to do any further work when the situation arises and would recommend him without reservation.
