John was absolutely brilliant - I can't sing his praises enough. He sourced and fitted two new door window panels. No fuss, no drama just a "yes, I can help" attitude.

Jon contacted us very swiftly regarding my email. He attended the site and got to the source of the problem very quickly. The matter was resolved and he gave us some free advice regarding the conservatory roof. Jon was extremely pleasant and charged a very nominal sum for his time. If we have further double glazing issues Nene Valley will be my first point of call.

He thoroughly investigated the cause of my window/door problems, listened to my concerns and took his time to offer me clear and fair advice of different options available to resolve the issues presented. He then provided a reasonable quote for the proposed work.

Communications by text/email were promptly replied to and the visit was professional yet relaxed, with no pressure to make decisions quickly.

I was rescued from a very tricky situation. The lock mechanism on my main door was broken so it couldn't be secured. I contacted Nene Valley uPVC Repair and Maintenance and the gentleman was round within minutes. He was both friendly and professional and he quickly identified and fixed the problem. Not only did he work quickly and cleanly but he also cleaned away unrelated marks on the door that I thought would never move! He could easily have charged highly for my panic job but instead he repaired rather than replaced and did this work for surprisingly low cost.

I would absolutely trust and use this company again and definitely recommend them to others.

Arrived within 15 minutes of the call and checked both my patio door, and my kitchen door, made some adjustments and gave advice. Will need to see if further work/repairs required when the weather is worse.
