Very friendly and professional guy. Gave advice on how to maintain my upvc windows in the future. Repair carried out quickly and tidily. After receiving quotes from other companies, I found Nene Valley the cheapest and felt confident he would do the job well.

Andrew was very good at communicating before and during his visit. He was courteous and worked very cleanly. He explained what needed to be done and the likely cost before he started the repair. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to others.

Andrew managed to get the window open and replace the mechanism. Andrew was very polite and was very tidy, he covered the window ledge so he did not do any damage while forcing the window. The price quoted was the price we paid.

The work was excellent, we can now open our window what a relief in this hot weather!

Andrew came and priced up for the work I needed doing, he advised me of the price, booked in, fitted the large glass panel (it was a very awkward job!) and replaced door handle. All matched to existing glass and hardware.
