Contacted Jon and he came as promised, on the dot. Very friendly, professional, tidy and within time frame he gave. Jon diagnosed the problem and once giving me a quote undertook the work straight away and charged me exactly as quoted. 

My door now works perfectly, Jon was very tidy and left no mess, he even cleaned the door frame to finish off. Excellent work, cannot praise him enough. So glad I found this company.

Would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. It's nice to know a trustworthy and honest company. 

As the window couldn't be closed it was something of an emergency. Left a message around 10.30am and John called and arranged to be with us by midday. Arrived promptly and was able to replace the window handle with a new one in less than 30 minutes. All working and lockable again.

Really friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in the house. The actual work was done efficiently and everything was left neat and tidy. The guys consumed my terrible tea, I’d gladly have them do work for us in the near future and recommend them to everyone.

Replied to my phone message quickly and could repair the doors the same day.  This was perfect as I was unable to lock the doors.  Everything about dealing with Nene Valley UPVC was easy, and Andrew was skilled, efficient and organised.  I highly recommend using this company!

Andrew is very pleasant and polite. When we showed him the work we wanted, he actually talked us out of having some of the work done, and showed us a quick fix for one of the sticky windows! However, a number windows needed work, including a glass pane in the conservatory door that had clouded over. Andrew and his friendly father arrived on time, worked hard and did a terrific job. He also gave us good advice on how to clean and maintain our windows. Highly recommended!
