Very honest and knowledgeable about work needed. Clean and tidy whilst working in the house. Also advised us about an "escape" window and added appropriate hinge. 

Jon was very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable with regard to repairing my door lock. Also made adjustments to front door. The price for the repair was excellent.

Very happy with the work, the conservatory looked so much better with the replacement windows.  Andrew was very professional, all works were completed to a high standard and the cost was very reasonable.

I was worried because our large kitchen window would not shut. Apart from the security angle, cold air was coming into the house. Andrews calm demeanour allayed my anxiety immediately and when he quickly solved the probelm it was a great relief. 

Came home at 2.15pm today and I could not lock my front door as the door handle would not turn, went on Safe Local Trades, who I always use, and rang Nene Valley upvc, he was very busy but assured me he would be with me today by tea time. I work long hours and was concerned about the security of my home.

Cannot fault the work or the speed of service which I received, excellent customer service from start to finish as in less than 2 hours my door was mended and secure.
