Dave arrived promptly and assessed the fault immediately, he sourced and collected a replacement lock then fitted it, all within the space of two hours. He also was very reasonably priced.
Dave is a wonderful, helpful man and I would like to say to him - thank you for your service and time, you are a great person, proving there are still some good people around. Thanks for looking after us.

Contacted Dave via e-mail on a Sunday and he responded almost immediately. Came to look at the job on the Monday and carried out the work on the Tuesday. Impressive all round, and a good price too. Very pleased with the work carried out and an added bonus is Dave is a very sociable and friendly person.

Dave fitted a temporary lock and promptly returned on Monday to fit new lock. He arrived at the agreed time. A job well done.

Summary:
Dave replaced the four vents that we had in the roof of our conservatory with non vented pieces of glass. We did this because the vents leaked periodically. We have not had a leak since.
Comments:
Dave was very professional, turned up exactly when he said he would and carried out the work exactly as quoted. The standard of work was excellent. Dave and his assistant were very polite and carried out the work efficiently and tidily.
We would have no hesitation in using Dave again.
