I was very impressed with how quickly this company responded to my query.  I rang late morning and by 3 o'clock that day the door was repaired.

Dave is very pleasant and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We managed to break one of our window lock keys and found this company on safelocaltrades.com. Dave the owner came round the same day to have a look and had the problem fixed the next day.

We had been intending to replace our failing plastic double glazed front door for some time and were so impressed with PWR's service for the window repair that we asked them to arrange it. We chose a very good quality composite made-to-measure door from an extensive catalogue at a very reasonable price. It arrived a few weeks later and was fitted promptly. A different type of handle to the one ordered needed replacing and this was done the very next day. Our new door looks great, is far more secure and is a big improvement on the one replaced.

Some companies will try to sell you expensive replacements rather than repairs but not here. Dave was very friendly with a great sense of humour too. He really is the ideal ‘ no job too small ‘ person you want to deal with for those little repairs and it was this that prompted us to get our new front door through him too. We will certainly recommend him if asked.

If you want anything from a simple repair to replacement I would recommend you give PWR a try.

Excellent service, I contacted in the morning and by afternoon he had been to assess the handle and measure for the new unit, then called later that day with a quote. It took about a week for parts to be ordered/made and then he came and fixed/installed the items very efficiently. Very pleased overall and would definitely use again in future.

Was able to get the broken key out of the lock and also used some spray on the locks of two windows to loosen the mechanism. Responded to my email enquiry the same day and came round that evening. Very friendly and helpful and did not charge anything!

Arrived promptly, clean and tidy, efficient, pleasant attitude, excellent overall. 

We contacted Dave on a Saturday morning for what we thought was be a 10 minute job. He came that same afternoon and soon realised that the 10 minute job was in fact going to take several hours!

Dave then went away, looked for the parts we needed and sent us a very reasonable quote. He came back a week later, at a convenient time for us, and fixed the door. We also took the opportunity to get him to replace the hinges of a window at the same time.

Our patio door handle had broken off. Dave arrived exactly at the time arranged, ordered us a replacement which he fitted the next day in 5mins. He also adjusted a window handle which was loose as part of the service.

Very prompt, polite and dealt with repair efficiently. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We needed to have the seals replaced on a kitchen window. The original manufacturer was not interested, contacted one company and they looked at the work and never gave a quote. Contacted Dave and he came quickly gave a quote and having obtained the seal material came when stated and completed the work, plus replacing the sealant around several other windows. If we require any other jobs in future will certainly contact Dave. Highly recommended.
