Sent a text via Safe Local Trades and Tracey rang us back promptly. We explained we had a damaged garage door and she said she would send a couple of her engineers round the same day, Paul and his colleague arrived at the time they said they would arrive. They managed to do the repair very quickly but advised a roller door would be better, as it would be less draughty into our utility room. They gave us a brochure and a quote. We will definitely order a roller door from them very shortly.

Garage door was not functioning correctly and I thought I would need to replace it. Two very skilled tradesmen arrived to look at the job and my garage door was repaired within 10 minutes. What an absolutely fabulous service.

Installers arrived promtly, went through the operation of the new door. Cleaned their mess up afterwards. Ridgeway weren't the cheapest out of the quotes I got. Great door finish. Well worth the extra over the "internet" sellers.

We contacted Ridgeway for a quote to replace our original up and over door with a roller shutter door. Mark arrived promptly, talked us through all of our options, answered all questions and was really knowledgeable. A quote followed which we felt was fair and competitive for our request and expected lead times were provided.

We ordered the door and our door fitting was booked in and even moved forward a day which was brilliant.

The team arrived promptly and did an excellent job. They were really hardworking, polite and knowledgeable staff. The site was left clean and tidy and we are absolutely delighted with our new door.
