I have used this company for the last 20 years for repairs and replacements. From survey to installation they have always delivered a good quality service and product.

Excellent job from quotation to installation. Plenty of advice and demo of samples at initial quote enabled us to find a finish which matched the external decor of the house. Installation took less time than expected (just over half a day), with all the old door and associated bits removed. Team who did the installation were professional and friendly; took time to discuss options around frame to ensure best external visual results. Finished work looks brilliant and makes life so much easier when needed to access garage now.

Tremendous Job. Removed and took away the old doors, fitted the new doors and associated equipment in much less time than was expected to a standard which was terrific. Getting the quote and explaining the options, making  arrangements for a colour sample and sorting the admininistration to ensure the project went well was also expertly handled.  

The guys who carried out the work were very skilled and efficient, happy to answer any questions and gave a very informative briefing about what they had done and how to maintain and use the new doors. Very attentive to detail and advised on all aspects of security and safety. The new doors look terrific and we're happy to recommend and give top marks on every aspect of the job.

From initial contact, through to completion, we had total confidence in Mark, Tracey and the team. Mark promptly and willingly offered advice when our garage door came off it's runner and it was unable to be closed. We already suspected it was beyond repair but still Mark came to assess if repair would be possible. After discovering parts needed were now obsolete Mark provided us with all the information needed to make a decision regarding type of replacement door to best meet our requirements, he took time to go through all the options available to us and it was apparrent he was extremely knowledgable and experienced. At no point whatsoever were we made to feel under any pressure or obligation to go ahead with Ridgeway.
