Very efficient and prompt service. Tracey looked after me very well and I was kept informed of what was going on, when. The two guys who did the work were very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend them to friends.

Turned up promptly to quote for the work and gave good advice on new door. Returned within the quoted timescale of 6 - 8 weeks, removed old door and fitted new one. Very polite and punctual, also clean and tidy workers, took old garage door away for disposal too. Very happy with the job done, it was a pleasure to do business with such nice people and would definitely recommend. Excellent friendly service from Tracey in the office too!! Thank you.

Mark was very punctual for the quotation and diagnosed the problem. The fitters arrived the same afternoon and fitted the new motor to rectify the fault. Work was completed efficiently and tidily.

Quick response. Repaired on same day as enquiry made, even serviced the door so working better than before it broke without any extra charge. Took away all broken parts afterwards. Very polite and friendly.

I emailed Mark late on Sunday evening. He telephoned me the following morning and said someone would call in the afternoon. Two very polite guys arrived mid afternoon carried out the necessary repair and were away again within 30 minutes. They also gave me advice on future maintenance. I would definately recommend this Company.

Emailed Ridgeway on Sunday 15 May then Mark called me about 10am of 16 May. He said workmen would arrive within the hour. His workmen arrived in less than an hour and fixed the door on the spot. Garage door restored to perfect.

Absolutely first class, cannot recommend strongly enough.  In this day and age it would be nice to find a few others like Ridgeway who deliver prompt, efficient and reliable service - fast.

I asked them to come and look at my garage doors which were getting heavy to open and I wasn't sure about oiling them myself. The young man that came was very polite and helpful and showed me the problem, gave me a price and very quickly did the work. He then explained what I needed to do to maintain the doors. I was really impressed with his helpfulness.
