I could not ask for a more accommodating company. There was a small problem that was very quickly resolved to my full satisfaction (the problem was nothing to do with Ridgeway, it was due to a small electrical component supplied by manufacturer). Excellent job.

Thank you for recommending Mark to me - what a lovely man and it was a pleasure to do business with him. He had the door fixed in under half an hour and charged a reasonable rate. I could not have asked for a better service and if I could give him 11/10 then I would.

Summary:
Fitted an electrically operated roller door.
Comments:
As a disabled woman living on my own, it had got to a point where I was no longer able to open and close the existing manual garage door as I am now wheelchair bound. I was very nervous about getting it replaced and who to trust. I did extensive research about electric garage doors and potential costs and knew that this was going to be one of the most expensive home improvements that I had ever undergone and therefore it was critical that I had the right company who would install it for me.
Ridgeway were absolutely marvellous and their service was over and above my expectations. Tracey helped in every aspect by even making calls to check if, as a disabled person, I would be eligible for a refund on the VAT, which I was very grateful for. Prior to the installation, we had many email conversations and Tracey was very supportive in dealing with all my concerns.
I am delighted with my new electric garage door which is superb and delighted with the entire service that was provided by Tracey and Mark.
I have already recommended Ridgeway to others and will continue to do so.

Comments:
Really helpful... problems with lack of support from original installer. Ridgeway were much faster in getting the job done and came back to sort a fault with the original control unit. Very pleased and would certainly use again! TS

Comments:
The company that I originally bought the garage door from had gone out of business so I contacted Ridgeway and was delighted that they were able to carry out the necessary repairs. This is a specialised job and Mark knew exactly what he was doing - the service was friendly and professional and I would certainly use them again.

Mark from Ridgeway Garage Doors installed 2 remote control doors at my residence and I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work. He was spot on with his advice, his recommendations (costs were very reasonable) and the finished product has been a talking point with visitors to my place, such that they wanted his contact details for possible enquiries to have a similar product installed at their residences. Overall, a job very well done.

New garage door.

We had an old galvanised garage door that we needed replacing - we called Ridgeway and they came out to measure up and gave us a choice of style and colour for our new door. A quote was received and we rang and accepted it - an installation date was then provided. They turned up when they said they would, installed our new door and took the old one away to dispose of.
We are delighted with our new door and couldn't fault them on anything. Mark was polite and helpful and certainly new his trade - a very pleasant fellow.
We always try to support a family business and we are glad that we chose Ridgeway. We would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.
