Impressively fast response from an initial SMS enquiry (within minutes)gave a great first impression. Mark who came out the next day for the site survey (and subsequently fitted the new door) was very professional, highly experienced and obviously passionate about his craft. Ridgeway did their best to fit my tight (self-inflicted) timescales and the installation was duly completed to a high standard on the date promised. I must also mention Tracey who provided excellent admin backup and kept me well informed throughout the process.

After fitting, they finished off the edges with rosewood trim to match our windows and front door - great attention to detail. They gave a reasonable quote, were very punctual and also took away our old door.

I recently used Ridgeway and would like to recommend them to others for a speedy, efficient repair and service to my garage doors.
I was very pleased with the service that I received. When I discovered that the door wouldn't close on the Friday evening, I spoke to Ridgeway and they were concerned for the security aspect and therefore Mark turned up on the Saturday morning to fix the problem. He also called me to let me know that he was on his way, which I appreciated. 10/10 for everything, thank you.
