Neil came out and examined the work that was required and explained that the valley between two sections of roofing needed to be replaced. He promptly provided us with an estimate for the work and a timescale for its completion. In fact he did the work earlier which was an unexpected bonus. Neil’s work appears to be of a very high standard and the completed repair looks far more professional than the original. We found Neil to polite and professional and for the work completed value for money. We would definitely recommend him.

Have used Neil many times before and as other reviews say he is polite, professional and keeps you informed at all points of the project. He really does know all there is to know about roofing and offers imparial, honest advice. The complete job was finished in time and to a very high standard.

Neil is very professional in every aspect and the standard of his work is exemplary. He is, not only,  polite and courteous but also very likeable.  We contacted several people in respect of this job and he was the only one that was quick to respond and to keep his word about timescales etc. In fact he was the only one who made us feel truely confident and at ease. He went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the finished job.

I would not hesitate to have him back to do further work and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Neil is a lovely chap. Sooooooo pleased he managed to squeeze my job in after being let down by another company. He looked into what the problem was and took photos so I could see what was wrong. He explained how he was going to rectify the problem, gave me a price and came back and did the job when he said he would. He also took photos of the work when finished.  Would definitely recommend him. 

Firstly, Neil replied to our email enquiry within 24 hours and gave us a couple of dates when he could attend our property. He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem and dealt with the issue on the first visit.

He fully explained to my wife what was required and was very reassuring. The work was completed very competently and in a professional manner and was very good value for money.

Review not done sooner as owing to a prolonged spell of hot dry weather we were unable to confirm that the roof performed as it should - but it does! Neil and his assistant consulted us at every stage, the work was done quickly and efficiently, they cleared up and left everything as tidy as possible. Timekeeping excellent, cost eminently reasonable. We would recommend them unconditionally.

Throughout the process from the quote through to work completion, Neil explained in simple detail what would be entailed in doing the work.
