I believe a "rogue trader" knocked on my door and pointed out an issue with my roof, having been caught out in this situation a couple of years ago, I politely told them I would get it checked by someone I knew.

I had used Neil on the previous occassion to remedy the botched work carried out and so I called him immediately to investigate the issue. 

There was a slipped tile and a small amount of repair work to be carried out on the chimney, which Neil completed for me.

Neil is a professional gentleman and I wouldn't hesitate in using him again or recommending his services to others.

Neil came to inspect the damage and provided reassurance and a reasonable quotation.

Neil turned up today, pretty much on spec as he was in the local area, to carry out the repairs.

Great service. He answered the phone, responded to texts quickly, turned up when he said he would, told me what he was going to do and did it very quickly and was very personable through the whole process.

These may seem like basic things (it was a simple job) but it's these basic customer service things that are so important. For example, another roofer I contacted never responded to my voicemail. Neil has gone in my contacts list and I won't be using anyone else. 

Came..quoted..job done.  Kept in contact, came when arranged, neat, quick and tidy work.  

Neil is a busy tradesman which is always a good sign, he gave us a couple of quotes for different types of roofs and discussed both options.

Neil arrived each day and worked in both the rain and sun, he discussed the work throughout and the roof was finished as planned, we are really pleased with the roof and the service received by Neil.

Neil arrived this morning to inspect the issue with the roof valley and repaired it immediately and very efficiently at a reasonable cost.

He is a very pleasant gentleman and his service was exemplary.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Neil is an extremely professional and knowledgeable person.  He helped us at short notice when another company had let us down and ripped us off.  The work was completed to a high standard, I highly recommend his work.

Responded to our initial query, kept in touch, and did a good job for us. It seems no job is too small, ours was very small. Very honest and reliable.Will recommend and use him again.
