Neil is the most lovely, kindest, thoughtful man. His body language and big friendly smile put me immediately at ease.

Age UK gave me the number for Safe Local Trades and I am so grateful to them and to Neil who helped to sort an urgent issue. I was so worried that the metal items, called hip irons, were going to fall and injure someone. Neil attended the property very promptly and sorted it all out for me. You could not wish for a better person to have at your property, his kindess has been overwhelming and I cannot praise him highly enough. He has no idea of the amount of stress he has alleviated; allowing me to have one less thing to worry about.

Neil replaced our old leaking, battered guttering and down pipes.

He varnished the existing fascia boards before putting the new guttering up, he also varnished the wooden panels of the porch. He raked out and repointed between the bricks and lead flashing and also tidied up the lead flashing.

Neil has over 30 years experience and this is reflected in his work, he really goes the extra mile and I certainly recommend him.

A previous chimney repair by someone else had not worked so Neil gave an estimate for what needed doing. He was very polite and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Wish we had used him the first time!

Neil recently completed a re-roof installation for us - he is an excellent roofer. He always kept us informed of progress and always gave us excellent advice and installed guttering for us which was not originally agreed. Neil is a very friendly man and I would recommend him for your roofing requirements.

Neil fitted me into his schedule as an emergency, as the existing chimney flashing was failing, causing damp on the internal chimney breast.

His work was quick, effective and tidy.

I believe a "rogue trader" knocked on my door and pointed out an issue with my roof, having been caught out in this situation a couple of years ago, I politely told them I would get it checked by someone I knew.

I had used Neil on the previous occassion to remedy the botched work carried out and so I called him immediately to investigate the issue. 

There was a slipped tile and a small amount of repair work to be carried out on the chimney, which Neil completed for me.

Neil is a professional gentleman and I wouldn't hesitate in using him again or recommending his services to others.
