After a frustrating two days trying to connect unsucessfully to the internet I called Ben. I was lucky that he could come and address the problem straight away which turned out to be a little complicated. Ben explained what he was doing throughout and was tenacious in his attempts to get me back online. I would recommend Ben if you have a computing problem. I'm sure he will get to the bottom of it and be able to help. 

Ben was very helpful in giving advice about which business laptop to buy next. He then carried out the complete transfer of all the information from one to another. Excellent knowledge and service. Would strongly recommend. 

Ben is a life saver. Not only did he fix my computer, he also 'counselled' me as I was very upset and frightened by the situation.

Ben was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable on his trade.

Out of the blue my printer stopped working and gave an error code. After quite a lot of Googling it transpired that the fault was quite complicated to fix (or so it seemed to me) so I rang Ben and he was, as I've found before, brilliant. His advice was down to earth and simple. He advised that it, as it was 9 years old and had cost me £70-£80 ish, it would cost me more to repair it than to replace it.

Then I asked for his recommendations and he freely gave more advice including one particular supplier. And my goodness he was right. 

The printer I chose was at various prices from £65 (at a well-known store) up to £129 (at an extremely well-known online retailer). Needless to say I have ordered my new printer at the cheaper price and pick it in a couple of days time.

Ben is not 10/10, he is 100/10.

Great service once again from Ben. Data copied off of old laptop and copied on to new one. In addition, he provided over the phone support to help get MS Teams working and a few other bits. My husband gets frustrated with computers and Ben delivered this support to him in an impressively calm and patient way!

Ben was faultless, he was professional, friendly, informative and extremely accommodating when I took him my son's PC for repair. The cost was also far less than I was expecting. Ben definitely knows his stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, a genuinely nice guy.
