It had been a long time coming in doing this essential upgrade to a new laptop but knew I had to take advantage of the January sales knowing that my Windows 10 laptop would expire this year.

Can highly recommend Ben. He advised me to update to Windows 11 as my existing computer would soon be out of date. He transferred all my files and set up what I required. Nothing was too much trouble and I am very satisfied with all his help and expertise to enjoy my computer once again.

Ben has worked his magic again by getting three laptops fully updated. One in particular was constantly freezing which was extremely frustrating. This one was identified as not having enough memory so 8GB was purchased and installed in this one and it is once again flying!
