Ben, to me, is like the 4th Emergency Service! When PC/work is so critical and I get a problem, Ben is always my immediate port of call. 

I am sure there must also be a superhero I could liken him to, as he always saves the day.

To my most desperate situation today, when my PC would not switch on, to having it all up and running within just over an hour of contacting Ben.

Thank you so much Ben, I don't know what I would do without you!

Ben responded quickly to my initial query about whether he could, and how he would fix the problems I was having. He provided accurate timescales about how long the work would take and we agreed the cost for each job in advance. There was no ‘add ons’. You pay what Ben quotes.

He was available at the agreed times to take delivery of my equipment, and again when the work was complete. He even did my job when someone couldn’t get their work to him, so I got my laptop back earlier than expected.

Everything was most satisfactory. I would highly recommend Ben, and will ask for his help again, when something goes wrong.

Ben deals with computer issues effectively. First class service all round. 

Ben is the most dependable, accommodating, honest guy and I really don't know what I would do without him.

As soon as anything goes wrong, he is on the case! He has helped me and my staff members on so many occasions, several of which were emergencies.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6s plus so rather than messing about we arranged for Ben to do this at the Booth Networking event.

He got to use this as a demo and I got to save time by not having to make a special trip to get a battery replacement.

Ben knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a short time. 

Extremely pleased with the help received from Ben. Would be very happy to recommend and use again. I felt Ben was patient and considerate to someone who is not too familiar with IT.

I am a "silver-surfer" and do not understand computers. I am loathe to install/uninstall anything that would have a permanent effect on my laptop. Thus, it was operating very slowly.

So, I sought Ben's help.

He had the laptop for two days. He cleaned it up, removed unwanted and/or no longer necessary programmes from the memory and the desktop. It is now working perfectly.

Ben explained what he had done, and gave advice about the future use of the ageing laptop. He was friendly and honest, and gave a good value for money service.
