I call Ben my IT Knight in Shining Armour because he always comes to the rescue and helps fix or sort out all my IT tech problems because quite frankly I haven’t a clue! 

He has sorted out my computer when it has gone ‘blue screen of death’ as well as many phones fixed.  He has also helped to advise me on purchasing the correct computer for my needs. 

He is absolutely fabulous, and I recommend him highly to everyone!

I have known Ben for around 3 years after meeting him through various networking groups.

We initially called in Ben around 5 years ago to help set up some CNC Milling machines onto a network that we had, and we couldn’t find anyone who could do it. Ben was recommended to us.

He did a fantastic job for us and, ever since, we have called him back in time and time again for other computer issues that have been big or small.

What we like about Ben is that if it is something he cannot fix, he will say so. If there is a possibility something may work, he will be clear about it and give us the opportunity to decide if we want to proceed. He is very honest and upfront with his pricing structure and there are no hidden costs or additional extras that you were not aware about thrown in at the end.

It is a huge benefit to us having Ben on speed dial. We would highly recommend him to others. 

Ben has been his usual reliable, helpful self getting my laptop serviced and ready for pick up when he said it would be. Also my laptop contains confidential documents, I know Ben is completely trustworthy.
