Summary:
A very slow and almost unresponsive PC.
Comments:
Ben quickly diagnosed the problem as a dying Hard Disk Drive. He replaced this with a Solid State Drive and transferred the data to the new drive and set up the PC. It has now sprung back to life. All this was accomplished in three days at a very reasonable cost.
Would highly recommend.

- Delete account and reset to Factory settings to sell old phone on
- Create new Apple ID
- Unsync two iPhones, and reuse another Apple ID
- Check paired iPad
Comments:
An outstanding job. I had paired up two phones with the same Apple ID. They needed to be unlinked, and a new ID set up. Ben was patience personified.
We would certainly use him again. He knows what he is doing.
Ben replied promptly to texts, and checked everything out before he left, reminding me to get back to him with any queries.

I have a Mac 27 inch which was running very slow.
Comments:
File Genie fitted a new solid-state drive and transferred all my data over to the new drive. Computer is running great now and work completed on time. Reasonably priced, friendly and helpful.

Ben was helpful, considerate, knowledgeable, personable and sorted out my laptop speedily at a very reasonable cost. He quoted up front and did the work sooner than I expected. He also helped with another couple of problems I had. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him.

Summary:
Transferred all the contents of my old hard disk onto my new computer and also upgraded my system programme.
Comments:
Ben worked miracles on this difficult work and managed to rescue all my valuable data and photos which I thought had been lost.
Ben also managed to inform me what he was doing in simple terms that I could understand. His charges were extremely reasonable.
