Excellent, friendly and highly professional service.  Ben Hemp was at pains to explain why the problem had arisen and the work he had undertaken to resolve the problem.  He also advised me on how to avoid similar problems arising in the future.

This is the third time I've been to Ben and I would never go to anyone else with a computer problem. Not only does he solve issues quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable rate but he is also a really nice man. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ben quickly diagnosed the problem as a dying Hard Disk Drive.  He replaced this with a Solid State Drive and transferred the data to the new drive and set up the PC.  It has now sprung back to life.  All this was accomplished in three days at a very reasonable cost.

An outstanding job. I had paired up two phones with the same Apple ID. They needed to be unlinked, and a new ID set up. Ben was patience personified.
