Ben is an all round great guy who is very knowledgeable and empathetic to the needs of his customers. His pricing is very good and service is second to none.

Ben quickly diagnosed the problem as a dying Hard Disk Drive.  He replaced this with a Solid State Drive and transferred the data to the new drive and set up the PC.  It has now sprung back to life.  All this was accomplished in three days at a very reasonable cost.
