Ben has worked his magic again by getting three laptops fully updated. One in particular was constantly freezing which was extremely frustrating. This one was identified as not having enough memory so 8GB was purchased and installed in this one and it is once again flying!

After a frustrating two days trying to connect unsucessfully to the internet I called Ben. I was lucky that he could come and address the problem straight away which turned out to be a little complicated.
